@GovernorIkpeazu's good works in Abia have given him a pass mark for 2019– Isikaku
Chief Isikaku made this known during the inauguration of the group; VOTE OKEZIE AGAIN (VOA) Isiala Ngwa South LGA chapter at the Council headquarters, Omoba.
The Council Boss said the good works of Governor Ikpeazu in Isiala Ngwa South in particular and Abia in general, have given him a pass mark for 2019, stressing that the people of the LGA will reciprocate this gesture come 2019. He then advised the people of the LGA to ensure they register for the ongoing voter registration and revalidation process so as to be able to vote the Governor, come 2019.
Earlier, the state coordinator, VOA, Elder Godwin Nna said the VOA is a group whose main aim is to ensure that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu returns to the Government House, Umuahia come 2019. He said they were motivated by the developmental strides of the Ikpeazu led administration and the need for him to continue with those good works.
He commended Chief Isikaku for the good works he has been doing in Isiala Ngwa South LGA, this according to him is a reflection of Governor Ikpeazu's good governance.
Elder Nna urged the people of the area to continue to support the administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and Chief Isikaku as they are working for the good of the people.
High point of the ceremony was the inauguration of the Isiala Ngwa South LGA chapter of the VOA and the Council Boss, Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku was declared the patron of the group.
The inauguration ceremony attracted many state and local government officials.
The VOA Isiala Ngwa South LGA is headed by Chief Isreal Amanze while Hon. Hilary Alozie serves as the Secretary.
