Uche Ogah's certificates Of return Is Invalid, Says INEC

A dependable source at the Headquarters of the independent
national Electoral Commision(INEC) in Abuja, has revealed that
the record issued to Uche Ogah by Mr Lawrence Nwuruku as
a certificates of return for the governorship election in Abia nation is an invalid document.

In step with the supply, the election that produced a governor in Abia state in 2015 became the supplementary election of April 25, 2015 and not the April 11th election which INEC declared inconclusive.

The source pointed that Ogah's certificates of return bears the
date of April eleventh, which didn't produce a governor.

"recalled that INEC declared the April 11 governorship election in Abia state inconclusive notwithstanding the reality that Ikpeazu of PDP was leading Otti of APGA with a huge margin.

"INEC referred to as for a supplementary election election in approximately eight canceled LGAs inside the nation on April 25, which Ikpeazu also gained
and was declared winner. And INEC issued him with a certificate of return as winner of the election after the supplementary election.

"So what Ogah has is an invalid document that can't make him
governor. He can not lay claims to the governorship of Abia state on the premise of an inconclusive election."
