Alex Otti: An Enemy To The People.

In a modern democracy opposition is allowed, but Mr Otti have grown from being an opposition into an enemy, not just an enemy to the government but an enemy to the people, Abia state and good governance, Otti is a green snake in a green grass. 

2015 the entire Abian electorate marched to the polls and gave their votes to the candidate of their choice, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, he did not just put himself there. Otti went ahead to challenge the people's choice but God intervened, in order not to dwell so much in the past, I want to state clearly that Otti is a hypocrite and an enemy to the people.

Matthew 6:1 “Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.

This Bible passage clearly states that God is against hypocrisy, yet Otti have times without number displayed acts of political hypocrisy, we will not forget 2015 during electoral campaigns the same Otti who was in the process of collecting $100b loan from IFC, is now fighting Dr Ikpeazu application for loan meant for the development of Abia state.

Now tell me is this not hypocrisy?

Otti in an interview on Wednesday 16th of August 2017, appealed to the National Assembly to withdraw its approval of the loan applied for by Dr Ikpeazu claiming the government is corrupt and the money would disappear. This claim is laughable because it only revealed Otti's hypocrisy the more. In his speech he claimed to be Afraid of corruption when he is the corruption personified. His fraudulent activities during his time as the MD of Diamond Bank can speak for itself.

Dr Ikpeazu's ground breaking development in Abia is being celebrated by the people across Abia and beyond. One may therefore wonder why Otti have put it upon himself to distract a government that have put smiles on the people's faces.

This makes it obvious that Otti is an enemy of the people of Abia State.

As a reminder to all the doubting Thomases, to date the Ikpeazu administration has commissioned 26 roads in the state within the last 24 months and is currently at 65 other road construction sites spread across the state. The Government is speedily constructing the first interchange (flyover) at Osisioma Aba. 2 bridges have been delivered with new hospitals, classroom blocks and buildings as well as other human capacity development projects. Faulks road at Aba is under speedy reconstruction and there are 3 top quality contractors working in Abia: Setraco, Arab Contractors and the Chinese firm executing the flyover job.

Dr Ikpeazu have shown, without doubt, that he is the man to lead the people to the promise Land but Mr Alex Otti have decided to be the enemy to Abia progress.

Otti will continue to fail.
