TAX INVASION:F N Nwaosu Suffers Setback As Judge Remitted Case Back To Federal High Court (PHOTOS)

The Tax case between Abia gov. Ikpeazu and Barr. FN Nwosu sufferred setback by the ruling of the supreme Court today.

The Supreme Court today in the lead ruling by Justice M. S Muntaka-
Coomassie reads:

Finally my lords, I hold that the lower court, with respect, misapplied the
well considered decision of this court in Kakih v. PDP (supra) and came to a
wrong decision by setting aside the judgment of he trial federal high court.

This appeal therefore succeeds and it is allowed. The matter is hereby
remitted back to the federal high court for trail forthwith. No. Order as to
costs."

Here, the Supreme Court simply ruled that the High Court should hear the tax
suit.
