                   JANUARY 2016 INTEGRATED MEASLES CAMPAIGN (IMC)
                        ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS


Abia State Ministry Of Health together with partner agencies is embacking on measles campaign which will take place between 28th January- 1st February 2016.

The measles vaccination will prevent all children from measles virus which still accounts for many deaths of children under the age of five years.

We therefore request that parents/care givers should take their children within this age bracket to the nearest health center to get them immunized.

Please bring along your child's immunization card.

This announcement is to be made in schools, churches continuously until the end of the campaign.

Remember the immunization is free,safe and effective!
