It was a celebration day yesterday as staffs and Director rejoice
with Mr J.O Onwochei as he retires from the State Civil Service.
Until his retirement Mr Onwochei was the Director Of Operation at
the Delta State Board Of Internal Revenue Headquarters, Warri.
Many attendee shared their experiences on his impact on their
lives, gifts items were presented.
