No increase in collectable revenue in Abia State" Ikpeazu

Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, said he has not  approved any increase in amount payable for revenues collected in the state. 

A release signed by his chief press secretary , Mr Enyinnaya Appolos  states that all  state levies and charges remain at their 2016 rates and no increase has been authorized by either the Governor, or relevant government agencies.

The Governor according to the release  strongly advice revenue collectors and agents to desist from harassing and intimidating the paying public but go about their task in a respectful, humane and civilized manner.
